Brewers Offense Quiet in 4-2 Loss To Pirates

The Milwaukee Brewers have lost two straight games after their 4-2 loss to the Pittsburgh Pirates on Monday night. While the Brewers have lost two games, the Chicago Cubs have won two games, bringing the division lead for the Brewers down to 2.5 games.

Milwaukee loaded the bases in the second inning with nobody out, but only scored two runs on sacrifice fly balls. The Brewers led 2-0 into the fourth inning.

In the fourth inning, Jack Suwinski hit a two-run home run off Corbin Burnes to tie the game at two.

The Pirates added two more runs in the fifth inning to take the lead. Ke'Bryan Hayes hit a solo home run and Andrew McCutchen hit an RBI double. Pittsburgh led 4-2.

The Brewers weren't able to score again and lost 4-2 at PNC Park on Monday night.
