WEC votes to send absentee ballot applications to all WI voters

As voting by mail continues to be a hot political issue, at least in the state of Wisconsin, things appear to be headed towards letting voters do just that.

The Wisconsin Elections Commission voted Wednesday to mail out absentee ballot applications to all registered voters in the state. The bipartisan panel voted 6-0 for the measure.

Politically, President Donald Trump and Republican leaders have denounced the practice of voting by mail, with Trump claiming the practice will be 'substantially fraudulent' via Twitter earlier this week.
