ELK MOUND, Wis. (WXOW) – Video taken Wednesday morning shows the destruction caused by a tornado Tuesday night near Elk Mound, just west of Eau Claire.
Video from Ryan Zwiefelhofer shows the damage in the area of County Highways M and X near Elk Mound and Chippewa Falls.
Chippewa County Sheriff Jim Kowalczyk said that no one he knew of was unaccounted for after Tuesday night’s storms, with only a few people having suffered minor injuries.
