The victim of the domestic-related death Thursday in the Wisconsin Dells has been identified as 23-year-old Tetiana Huzhva, according to a police department news release.
The suspect, who was arrested in connection with her death, has been identified as 31-year-old Fuad Pashayev.
Pashayev is currently incarcerated in the Columbia County Jail awaiting formal charges from the Columbia County District Attorney’s office.
