The fifth film in the Resident Evil fast-moving zombie hunter saga, Retribution keeps milking the cash cow. The previous movies have been effects spectaculars that have been short on story or nuanced character and I don't expect any different here. People move in slow motion, pose, and (since it's in 3D) stuff will fly at the screen.
