Not to carp on the topic again, but 20th Century Fox again fails to screen a movie for Wisconsin critics that looks like it could be a sleeper hit. Written by Seth Rogan and starring Ben Stiller and Jonah Hill, The Watch looks like it has more in common with the madcap Tower Heist than Stiller's similarly-sci-fi Mystery Men. I like the premise--if a group of suburban dads were charged with stopping an alien invasion--and the jokes in the trailer mostly work.
