MADISON (WKOW) — State health officials say there are more young people being hospitalized due to vaping.
Wisconsin Department of Health Services has received 11 new cases of teenagers and young adults hospitalized with severe lung damage.
Seven other cases are currently under investigation.
Counties with confirmed cases include Dodge, Walworth, Door, Racine, Waukesha and Winnebago.
These patients experienced shortness of breath, fatigue, chest pain, cough and weight loss. This comes after theChildren’s Hospital of Wisconsin reported8 teens hospitalized for serious lung damage.
