Vice President Joe Biden will headline an early vote rally Oct. 30, at University of Wisconsin—Madison.
Biden will join by Tammy Baldwin, Tony Evers, Mandela Barnes and Democratic candidates up-and-down the ballot to encourage Wisconsinites to cast their early votes ahead of the Nov. 6 election.
Doors open at 9 a.m. at Gordon Dining and Event Center, 770 W Dayton St.
